Reframed AI ("the Service"), operated by Moe Ships ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

Account Information

• Email address (for authentication and communication)
• Password (hashed, never stored in plaintext)
• Billing information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)

Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account, we receive and store:

• Your public profile information (name, username, avatar)
• OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest)
• Content metadata (post IDs, captions, timestamps)
• Media files (temporarily, for processing — auto-deleted after 7 days)

Usage Data

• Feature usage (repurposes count, platforms used, workflows created)
• Error logs for debugging and service improvement

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: Processing your content, generating AI captions, distributing to connected platforms
• Authentication: Verifying your identity and managing sessions
• Billing: Processing subscription payments via Stripe
• Communication: Sending account-related notifications (no marketing emails without consent)
• Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve the Service (aggregated, non-personal)

4. AI Processing

Your content is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude API) to generate captions, hashtags, and descriptions. Content is processed in real-time and is not stored by AI providers beyond the duration of the API request. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Connected platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) — to publish content on your behalf, as authorized by you
• Stripe — for payment processing
• Anthropic — for AI caption generation (content only, no personal data)

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

6. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (TLS)
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
• Media files are temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted after 7 days
• Database backups are encrypted

7. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Media files: Auto-deleted 7 days after processing
• Usage logs: Retained for 90 days
• Billing records: Retained as required by law

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Disconnect any social media account at any time
• Export your data upon request
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
