Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reframed AI ("the Service"), operated by Moe Ships ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reframed AI is a content repurposing platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts and distribute video content across multiple platforms with AI-generated captions and hashtags. The Service includes automated workflows, media processing, scheduling, and analytics features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Connected Social Accounts

The Service requires you to connect third-party social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) via OAuth. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Reframed AI to:

• Access your public profile information
• Read your published content for repurposing
• Publish content on your behalf to connected platforms
• Store access tokens securely to maintain your connection

You may disconnect any account at any time from your Settings page. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or upload.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate captions, hashtags, and descriptions. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may require review before publishing. You are solely responsible for all content published through your connected accounts, including AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate any third-party platform's terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party platform APIs may experience downtime or changes outside our control. We are not liable for failed or delayed content distribution caused by third-party platform issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your connected accounts will be disconnected and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
